The monthly meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association occurred on August 5th, 2023. The meeting commenced at 7:00 PM and was attended by Vice President Smith.
A brief review of the notes from the previous meeting was shared.
Subsequently the approval of the minutes, several topics were discussed including:
- Neighborhood beautification projects
- Proposed amendments to the HOA bylaws
- Requests for repairs and upkeep
The meeting terminated at 8:00 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for October 12th, 2024. All residents are requested to attend.
